Cassie Dodd—Office Manager

Cassie Dodd is the Office Manager at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC. She received her paralegal degree from Boston University. Prior to working at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, Cassie provided office management and legal assistance at another Carmel law firm. Cassie is a "jack of all trades" at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC. In addition to her office management and bookkeeping responsibilities, she works closely with the attorneys, putting her paralegal degree to good use. Very committed to the family law community, and especially to children, Cassie is currently being trained to be a CASA ("Court Appointed Special Advocate").
Cassie lives in Greenwood with her husband, four daughters, and their English Mastiff. In her free time, she can be found hanging out with her girls, attending their sporting events, lounging out by the pool, entertaining family and friends, or reading a good book.
Steve Elmlinger—Paralegal

Steve Elmlinger is a paralegal at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC. He has worked with attorneys in family law since 1999 and prior to that worked in the Consumer Affairs Office at the Columbia House Company in Terre Haute Indiana for seven years. Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree in English from Indiana State University, where he earned All-American honors playing football. He also played in the NFL with the Chicago Bears (although he has come to his senses and is now a loyal Indianapolis Colts fan).
Steve lives with his wife, son, daughter, and two dogs in Avon. In his spare time (not that he has much of that these days), he enjoys listening to his son sing and play guitar, and watching his daughter bowl. He also enjoys jogging, spinning, lifting weights, golfing, skiing, traveling, cooking, spending time with his friends and family, and playing Scrabble (nerd alert!).
Lucy Snyder—Paralegal

Lucy Snyder is a paralegal at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC. Lucy has worked with attorneys in family law, civil litigation, and criminal law since 2001. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in anthropology from Indiana University—Purdue University Indianapolis in 2004, where she earned several academic excellence awards, including the Top 100 Students award.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys reading, watching movies, cooking, hiking, photography, live music, and riding her bike. She has volunteered with the Indiana AIDS Fund and is a member of the Friends of Libraries. She currently lives in Indianapolis.

Luana Parker is a paralegal at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC. Luana attended Indiana Wesleyan University and has worked with family law attorneys since 2001. Luana has her foster care license in Marion County and she adopted two of her four beautiful daughters.
Luana lives with her four daughters in Indianapolis. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her girls, going to parks, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Sara Lingeman is a legal assistant at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC. Sara graduated from Carmel High School in 2005. In addition to making Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC a happier place to be, Sara enjoys riding her horse and competing in hunter/jumper competitions. In her free time, she also enjoys running and boxing.
Sara has volunteered at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital and the Children's TherAplay Foundation. She resides in Carmel with her dogs and chinchillas. In the summer, she spends most of her weekends at Lake Michigan with her family.

Melissa Reynolds is a law clerk at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC. She currently attends Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis and expects to graduate in May 2010. Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Indiana University—Bloomington.
Melissa is a Note Development Editor for the Indiana Health Law Review. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Discovery Health, reading, and being outdoors.
