Jason P. Hopper, is an attorney with Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, where he concentrates his practice in family and juvenile law, criminal defense, and civil litigation for individuals throughout the State of Indiana.

Prior to joining Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, Jason represented individuals as well as group and class litigants in insurance and employment related litigation pending in the State, Federal, and Bankruptcy Courts of the State of Indiana. Jason has also served as a judicial law clerk with the Marion County Circuit and Title IV-D Courts, and is a former probation officer with the Miami County Probation Department.

Jason is committed to his clients and to going the "extra mile" to ensure that they feel comfortable and at ease with him and with the legal process. He is known around the office at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, to stay late in the evenings and work weekends when his clients need special attention. He is committed to taking extra time with clients—to hear their needs and to lead them through the process so that they understand their options, as well as the benefits and risks of those options.

Jason is very involved in the legal community, as he is active in the family law sections of the Indiana, Indianapolis and Hamilton County Bar Associations. He dedicates many hours every year to serve those less fortunate in our community through pro bono and modest means programs. In addition to his commitments to the legal community, Jason serves on the boards of directors of the Mill Grove Homeowners Association in Noblesville, Indiana, and the Indiana K9 Search Network in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jason is also active with the Hamilton County Association of Wabash Men.

Outside of his dedication to legal work at Hollingsworth & Zivitz and to his pro bono work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, and their dog Walter. He also enjoys jogging and playing indoor soccer.
