Additionally, Hannah is one of the very few attorneys in Indiana to offer experienced legal guidance on promotional law, including advertising, sweepstakes, contests, consumer privacy, and e-commerce related issues.
Prior to joining Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, Hannah worked as corporate counsel to The Finish Line, Inc. There she gained a unique understanding of balancing the business needs of a for-profit enterprise against the legal risks that face every company. Hannah and her husband have also started their own business, King David Dogs, an Indianapolis restaurant that has already opened two locations in less than three years. These combined experiences have given Hannah a unique perspective into the legal needs of a small business owner. Hannah is an entrepreneur, and can, therefore provide thoughtful, cost-effective guidance to individuals hoping to start up a for-profit enterprise or facing business-related legal issues.
Additionally, Hannah has handled matters including securities fraud, compliance with state and federal securities registration requirements, private placement issues, commercial contract disputes, business litigation, and employment issues.
Hannah has an extensive background in securities and insurance and is a licensed stockbroker and a registered investment advisor. She is also a registered agent to sell life, accident, and health insurance and is certified to offer long-term care products.
Aside from the practice of law, Hannah is an animal lover, an avid reader, a free-lance writer, and an ardent Colts fan. She enjoys spending time with her husband, twin sons, and two dogs.
